Reinforce Eins Yagami (八神リインフォース・アインス Yagami Ri'infōsu Ainsu) is originally a part of the Book of Darkness Unison Device (specifically, its Will, or main control unit) in the primary continuity, first introduced in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's. In the INNOCENT spin-off series, she becomes a family member of Hayate Yagami, originally her mistress.
Name[]
In the original Nanoha continuity, the name "Reinforce" was given to the then-nameless living program by Hayate, referencing her secondary functionality as a Unison Device. "Eins", meaning "one" in German, was appended to her name posthumously, to distinguish her from Reinforce Zwei ("Zwei" meaning "two").
In INNOCENT, she is commonly nicknamed as Eins, similar to the later productions of the primary continuity.

Despite a little bit modest, Eins has a gentle and kind personality and likes to treat others with tea and snacks.[1]
Biography[]
Eins is an architecture night school student and she works at Yagamidō in the daytime.
Eins has not played Brave Duel until the Team Yagamidō is formed when the first Brave Duel Grand Prix approaches.
